Privacy policy
How we collect, use and protect the information you share with us through this website.
Who we are
This website is run by Apex Home Care Services ("we", "us"), a home care agency based in New Jersey. If you have questions about this policy, email contactus@apexhomecarenj.com or call (848) 270-1400.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to send us through our forms:
- Care requests: your name, phone number, email, the ZIP code where care is needed, your relationship to the person needing care, and the type of help needed.
- Job applications: your contact details, certification, experience, availability and any resume link you share.
- Contact messages: your name, email, optional phone number and your message.
Our server also records basic technical information, such as your IP address, to protect the site from spam and abuse.
How we use it
- To contact you about the care, job or question you asked about.
- To arrange a home assessment if you ask for one.
- To keep records required to run a licensed home care agency.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Health information
Please don't send detailed medical records through this website. Health information about clients is gathered during the home assessment and handled under our client privacy practices, which we'll give you in writing before care begins.
Who we share it with
Only with the staff who need it to respond to you, and with service providers that host our website and database on our behalf. We may also share information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to two years and job applications for up to one year, unless you become a client or employee, in which case we keep records as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you've sent us. Email contactus@apexhomecarenj.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. We load fonts from Google Fonts, which may record your IP address when the fonts download.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
