A New Jersey home care agency built around familiar faces

At Apex Home Care Services, we believe that every individual deserves to age with dignity, comfort, and respect—especially in the comfort of their own home. Based in New Jersey, Apex HCS is a trusted, professional caregiving service dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors, individuals with chronic conditions, and those living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or recovering from illness or surgery.

Our Mission and Vision Statement

To provide personalized, compassionate, and reliable in-home care that supports independence, promotes well-being, and gives peace of mind to families. With a team of thoroughly trained, background-checked, and licensed caregivers, we deliver high-quality services tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

Whether you are looking for companionship, 24-hour support, or specialized dementia care, Apex HCS is here to help you or your loved one live life to the fullest—safely and with dignity.

We're a licensed home care agency serving families across northern and central New Jersey, and every aide who provides hands-on care holds a New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification.

What families can count on

Consistency

The same caregiver, the same routine and the same standards, week after week. If your caregiver is off sick, the backup already knows your loved one.

Dignity

Care is done with people, not to them. We ask how your loved one likes things done, and we do them that way.

Straight answers

Clear hourly rates in writing, no long contracts, and honest advice when home care stops being the right choice.

How we choose caregivers

Every caregiver goes through these steps before their first visit, in this order.

  1. Certification check

We confirm each aide's CHHA certification, or each nurse's license, is current and in good standing.

  2. Interview and references

An in-person interview with our nurse, plus at least two references from previous care work.

  3. Background check

Criminal background check and fingerprinting, as New Jersey requires for certified home health aides.

  4. Our own training

Training on dementia care, safe transfers, infection control and how we write visit notes.

  5. Shadow shifts

New caregivers work alongside an experienced colleague before visiting clients on their own.
