  • At least 6 months of caregiving experience
  • A reliable way to get to clients' homes
  • A warm, patient manner

Carry out home assessments, write care plans and supervise aides for a caseload of home care clients.

  • Active New Jersey RN license
  • 2+ years in home health or community nursing
  • Confident running home assessments
